BOOKING PAGE
NCheck booking page is an online portal which allows to book visit appointments. NCheck has provided default online page to book appointments. By default, there are custom Customer can request custom online page and add as NCheck extension. Refer Use extension section for more details. Refer Start online appointment booking section for to start appointment booking.
Start online appointment booking
To access appointment booking, browse NCheck from following URLs.
Cloud

Remarks
CustomerCode: A unique id receive after successful signup for the cloud.
On-premises

Remarks
Server: Sever name or IP address, Port: Service port configured on the server. The default port is 8443.
Once the page loaded you will see NCheck home page as mentioned in Online appointment boking home page section.
Note
At least one schedule should be available to create appointments. Refer Add/edit visitor schedules section for more information about creating visitor schedules. Note that to be visible the schedules in online page, Allows visitors to book online setting should be enabled for each schedule.

Create an appointment
A visitor must follow the sections below to create an appointment successfully.
Appointment time and seat selection section
In this section visitors must select appointment time and seating as mentioned below.

Start time and end time of the appointment
Select appointment start and end time for the appointment if Allow change appointment time setting has enabled as mentioned in Add/edit visitor schedules section. Default value of the appointment starts and end time.
If the Slot time is equal to 0, schedule starts and end time.
If the slot time is greater than 0, Selected time slot start, and end time as mentioned in time slot view section.

Booking timeout
The selected booking is hold until Reservation time out for schedules created from following scenarios with mentioned configurations.
For Travel and entertainment scenario, it will be not allowed to select reserved seat for the selected time (if Slot time > 0).
For other scenarios, a booking will be hold from available for the selected time (if Slot time > 0), if Slot occupancy > 0
Appointment time
Selected seat details
Number of selected seats and pricing for each group. This is showing the schedules created from travel and entertainment scenario.
NCheck term and conditions
Captcha verification
Captcha verification is available for online booking page of NCheck cloud.
Submit/Next button
If the payment is configured for the schedules as mentioned in Payment detail view , Next button will be appeared to procced to the Payment section. Otherwise, the Submit button will appear to create the appointment and redirect to the appointment completion section on successful appointment section.
